The Document below was obtained through research by Doug Hart, another descendent of Albert Gillespie Kenney (#19).

This was one of the many documents Doug located that describe the effort of Albert's father, Joseph Kenney (#37), and later his sons Albert G. Kenney and his John F. Kenny, to obtain money from the estate of the boys' deceased grandfather (Anthony Moor/Moore). Albert and John's mother (Francis "Fanny" Moor/Moore (#38)) died prior to their grandfather, and Fanny's sons were entitled to her share of the estate, which would amount to 1/10 of the estate since Anthony had had 10 children. This document lists the names of Anthony's other nine children, some of the grandchildren and some of the spouses. A transcript by the webmaster is below the document.
