Renuciation of Devise and Bequest

Alma (Anna Eliza ) filed the following in response to her husband (Henry Colerider) 's will:

RENUNCIATION OF DEVISE AND BEQUEST

 

I, ALMA COLERIDER, widow of the above named HENRY CLAY COLERIDER, late of the City of Washington, District of Columbia, deceased, do hereby renounce and quit all claim to any devise or bequest made to me by the last will of my husband exhibited and proved according to law; and I elect to take in lieu thereof my dower and legal share of the estate of my said husband.

WITNESS: My hand and seal this 5th day of October, 1933.
