The red rectangle below shows Anna Eliza Payne (#16) . She is listed as Alma Shirer, age 9, at school, born in Virginia. She is living with A. F. Shirer, age 39, and Agnes Shirer, age 33. Two others are living in the house: Jennie Nuzum (age 18), a domestic servant, and Sahar Bradshaw (age 60). Sahar is presumed to be Alma's adopted grandmother, the mother of Agnes.
