Petition for the Sale of the Negroes
belonging to the Estate of Daniel
Donnell Sen Dec.s

This cause comming on to be heard upon the
Petition of the Petitioners, and it appearing to the satisfaction of
the Court that Advertisment has been made as to thie Defendants
agreeable to a former Order of this Court - It is therefore Ordered
by the Court that Judgment ___ ____ be entered against
the Defendants. - It also appearing to this Court that the
interest of the parties concerned will be much promoted by
a Sale of the Negroes Mentioned in the Petition.

It is therefore Ordered adjudged & decreed by the Court that
Robert Donnell one of the Petitioners be appointed to make Sale
of the Negroes Mentioned in the petition on a Credit of Nine
Monthes or take bond with different Security for the purchase
Money - And that the said Robert Donnell Advertize the
time & place of Sale for thirty days at the Court house
of [these] other public placed in the County of Guilford, And
that he make return of his proceedings to the Next term
of this Court.
